FEST pads are recognized by the international quality certification standard TS/16949, which means that the brake pads comply with strict industry standards. They also meet all safety requirements stipulated by the manufacturer and European legislation; the product license code is XK08-003-00596. FEST technology-made tires are made from various formulas, their main categories are:
1) Organic pads – which are the most common pads, are relatively budget-friendly, less noisy from a technical point of view, but wear out relatively quickly.
2) Ceramic pads – this category is the best sold, because from a technical point of view it is distinguished by good quality, does not produce dust and does not cause noise during operation, due to the price it is used in more expensive cars.
3) Semi-metallic pads – an intermediate option between organic and metallic, is distinguished by a good braking balance.
4) Metallic (synthetic) pads – more durable than organic pads, work well at high temperatures, are used for better braking on relatively fast cars, although they are a little noisy.
5) Reinforced metallic pads – the formula includes special metal alloys, works well at high speeds, provides instant braking, although it is a little noisy.
6) Carbon-ceramic pads – mainly used on sports cars, the formula includes carbon fibers and ceramic material, it is very light and can withstand high temperatures (up to 1000°C), it is less prone to wear. It is popular in cars such as Porsche, Ferrari and Lamborghini.
